How quick is delivery?

Normally within 24 hours. In some cases we can deliver the same day.

What can NOT be put in the dumpster?

Paints (oil, aerosol, or water based)
Oils (motor, hydraulic, or food)
Fuels (gas, diesel, or propane)
Batteries of any type
Poison, insecticides, pesticides, herbicides
Fluorescent bulbs
Asbestos
Propane tanks (even if empty)
Tires (on or off wheels)
Appliances with Freon (ac units, refrigerators, freezers)

How long can I keep the dumpster, and when will it be picked up?

7 day allowance included, after $10 rental fee per day.

How and when do you take payment?

Acceptable payment methods are cash, debit card or major credit card (VISA, MC, AMEX or Disc). Credit/debit cards are not processed until delivery date. Payments must be made before or at time of delivery. Contractors, with approved credit apps, may be invoiced.

How much weight can I put in the dumpster?

Each dumpster comes with a allowance, over allowance will be charged .05 lb.

Where will the dumpster be placed?

Roll-offs can be placed wherever the customer requests provided it does not create a safety hazard. Street placement must comply with local regulations and may require a permit (additional costs may apply). Lawn placements are permitted however we cannot and do not assume responsibility for damage which may arise from truck or equipment.

How full can I fill the dumpster?

Dumpsters may be filled level to the top edge of the container. Overloaded materials may require the customer to offload excess material to facilitate safe travel. Overage charges may apply to over-filled dumpsters.

Will my load be covered?

Yes, we are required by law to tarp our loads for safe transport.

Are there any hidden charges?

There are NO hidden charges, please note that overweight dumpsters, extended rental times, extra trip fees, hazardous materials in the roll-offs, or damage to the container may result in additional costs. These are, however, spelled out before or at the time of delivery.

Does someone need to be around when the dumpster is picked up?

No. As long as the container is paid for and the area is accessible, no one needs to be at the delivery location.

Can I move the dumpster?

No. The roll-offs are designed to be moved only by specially equipped vehicles and property and/or dumpster damage may result.
